Loudoun Square

A mixed use development in the Centre of Cardiff

Comprising A Community Health Resource Centre (CHRC). The Centre will include provision of a range of accessible and targeted health services to meet local needs including podiatry, dentistry , child health services, health visitors and district nursing.

A new shopping parade comprising 11 new retail units including provision for existing traders

A mix of new family housing comprising 13 houses and 48 apartments for mixed tenure to include 11 units with ground floor level access to support independent living for people with access needs and 6 units for families with a dependant relative.

Phase 1 and 2 now completed, phase 3 on the way.
