My latest recently completed project in Devon, alteration, and restoration of an 18th-century Cottage in Torquay.

Keeping and enhancing the original period features, the Coastguard Cottage was brought into the 21st century.

The transformation included converting ground floor windows into doorways granting access to the front patio and rear garden.

A new kitchen, bathroom, and lean-to to the rear of the property were also added.

Set in a conservation area, the design required careful consideration and was successfully granted planning consent.
